My son is 2+yr old. He had cold few days back. Now there is no cold but has dry nose. He is putting his finger always in the nose to remove that dry /itchy thing from nose. Because of that his nose is bleeding. Looks like it has become a wound inside. I have cut his nails also thinking it is harming the sensitive skin inside the nose. But no improvement. Can you tell me what can i do to cure that bleeding nose. How to get rid of that dry nose. Does he need a checkup?? I am tired of telling him not put finger in the nose. Thanks in advance.
