Hi doc !!my tongue is feeling rough and white what the reason this white tounge is 2 year ago presist what the reason dry mouth also some time burning on tounge,some time my right side neck pain and irritation,hand shaking and body weakness I done all the test but no evidence,any time sleepy mood like go for bed, breathing problem some times what the reason sir

This may be due to overgrowth and swelling of tounge papilla and lodges bacteria and debris
