Dry mouth and increase heart beat

I suffered from dry mouth and increase heart beat while waking up from sleep sometimes . While I m sleeping sometimes suddenly I wake up my heart is beating very fast I m feeling thirsty and not getting proper air to breathe . What is the reason for this.
