I am 21 year old male. I think its been one week since I found the problem. There is a dry layer formed, looks like patch on tip of my foreskin. When dry it's color is whitish. There is nothing under the foreskin or on the penis but only on the tip of foreskin. It doesn't hurt, itch but sometimes when i clean it with water it feels burning sensation. No blood or fluids. I am not exactly on the situation to see a doctor right away. I would love to hear your thoughts on it.
