Tiny cracks on the top of the outer skin of penis with burning sensation 3. Sometimes itching Note: I am single and and hitherto no sexual intercourse has been done by me so chances of STD is NIL I guess. Note: I am applying moisturizers everyday and not using any soaps in penile area to recover. Please help.
