My eyes feel very dry and tight and stressful with strain. can I use carboxymethylcellulose eye drops like eco tears, Aqualube ,etc..are they safe to use? How many times can I use them

Hello yes... you  can use CMC drop without fear. these are absolutely safe to use. you can use it 3-4 times daily
