I have dry cracked lips for over a year.a doctor said I have liptip vitiligo and told to use melbild lotion,tarcolimus ointment. I thought vitiligo is having white patches and I dont have any white patches.lips gets dry,cracks and peels off. I haven't started using the medicines. Should I use melbild lotion since I dont have any white patches?
