I have one deep line under neath my eye that is accompanied by puffiness when I wake up in the morning. It usually decreases in puffiness during the day, however that line becomes cracked, scaly/ flakey and dry. It doesn't happen every day only sometimes but has been happening for about 6months. I use vaseline, moisturizers for sensitive skin and have used cortisone because at first I thought it was a small form of eczema.
