My daughter is two & half years old. She is having dry cough since last two days. Yesterday night while sleeping, she was coughing a lot. Actually recently we came for vacation to our hometown (from Mumbai to Indore). Here a lot of dust is there & bcoz of this it seems she got cough. There is no fever & till now she is eating normally. Running nose is also there but not much. Please suggest some medications
