Dry cough problem
My 28 yr maid has dry cough and a little throat irtiration for last 10 days. Coughing is once in while and not continuous . She has taken cough syrup CODFEX for last 3 days. Not much help should she take any antibiotics? Today we got her tested for corona RTPCR which came negative. She has no other symptoms. Pl suggest what further course of action to be taken
Tab azithral 250(1-0-0) before food.
Syr Ambrolite-S 5ml-5ml-5ml 7days.
Tab pan-D 40 (1-0-1) before food.5days.
