Dry cough.
I am having dry cough from like 3 weeks, it was mild in the starting but slowly it became serious.It is fine during the day. But whooping cough happens at night and it looks like cough is chocking me, it enters into my wind pipe and it becomes hard to breath.
Tried several syrups and medications none of them helped. Please suggest what could be this and what steps I should follow to get rid of this.
Do salt water gargling 4 times daily, drink warm water, do steam inhalation.
