Hi I am deepak, aged-37. From last 2 days Suffering from dry cough & fever, mostly head is more warmer than body. Also stomach is not clear. Stool is not coming as regular days. Kindly suggest some medicine for same please.

Take online consultation or visit nearby Physician. Take Paracetamol 650 SOS (not more than 3 in a day) for fever. Drink plenty of ORS water.
