Hi . My lips are always dry and chapped . What should i do to get rid of this problem and what causes this problem?I am drinking enough water as well . Almost 3 litres a day . Still no help .

This is also  may due to weather, excessive licking of the lips or certain medications. Use some kimd of lip balm to temporary replief.
