Kindly take a short break following the 20-20-20 rule..
i.e every twenty minutes take a break for twenty seconds by focusing on an object twenty feet away..
This will reduce the eye strain..
Additionally lubricant eye drops ,refresh tears three times a day for both the eyes to be applied for a month may reduce dry eye symptoms..
Please have vitamin A rich foods,avoid eye rubbing and maintain proper sleep schedule..
Reduce screen time, take breaks, maintain posture,palming or a cold compress.. whichever feels good... and use some lubricant eye drops. If it still doesnt help, please consult an eye dr.
