Let me be very clear my friend that i have gone through the same even after being a life-coach and corporate trainer(even we are humans)
So, let me give you my share of tips
Its ok to be in anxiety and overthinking. When we are happy we smile, when we are sad we frown, when things donât go our way we get angry and when do not manage stress and time well, we get to this stage. You are absolutely normal like millions on this planet.
2. List down all your dreams and tasks(may be funny or weird ones) in a diary and start fulfilling them by this very moment because you need to spend time with yourself during the case of overthinking and anxiety. You need a change. Change is inevitable.
3. Go solo somewhere to the hills and start recording your fear and pain. Take them out. If you need a listener then you may talk to me. I have listened and spoken to more than 600 people here since Lockdown and they are happy. why? Because they did not want sympathy or solution, they wanted a listener. No one can give you a concrete solution to your problem. you need to figure it out yourself.
4. Try not to spoil your life. Your life has been given to you by your parents. we do not have any right to spoil it. I request you to not take any such step which i took to end my life. I realized i do not have any right. Its the time to give the same or better life to our parents which they gave to us when we were kid because as they grow older, the roles reversed
5. Pick up a sport or music. Its ok! shit happens! you are not alone. Spend your time learning some music or playing some sport. Talk to people who were depressed and came out a long way. spend sometime with them Talk to your family and/or parents.
