Then take cold water bath.
Tomo morning stand in sun for 5 minutes.
Repeat this for 1 month.
The symtoms will reduce.
But for now.
Get up stop googling.
Cold water bath and drink and eat something.
Don't run behind why it's happening. Let it calm down then work on why.
