Does diet and heavy cardio workouts to loss weight upto 14kgs impacts on hemoglobin level? 2021, I weighed around 86 kg and my hemoglobin was 14.9 And now weighed 72 kg. As a part of normal health check-up, observed hemoglobin was dropped to 13.2 .
