Drooping eyelid on the left... I had been using contact lenses which I stopped following redness and minor discharge... droopy eye for the past one week.. will it cure naturally?

is there any discharge and swelling. bcoz due to infection and inflammation  drooping  may  occur. do hot foamentation and use antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin.
