As my cousin accidentally poured kayathirumeni thailam as herbal mouth wash, he splitted once we noticed. He brushed mouth and washed twice with hot water. Any concerns..?

If he spitted out immediately no issues. Its a sesame oil base medicine. Sesame oil is used for oil pulling. So nothing to worry
