Is it ok to drink amla juice ,lemon juice or any other fruit juice when suffering from stomach flu and geatroentritis. Please advice

Not all kind of juice are good if having gastroenteritis.... Prefer eating fruits over juice..... Plenty of water. And ORS to maintain electrolyte....
