She have dried milk or light coloured projection (pimple  like)on one of the nipple infrequently slightly painful and automatically detached from nipple and the nipple become normal...it occurs as 2 month or 5 month not regularly once what is related to ...she has regular periods...please make suggestion and she is unmarried
