I have consulted reputed senior urologist 2 times he said as you have no other symptoms and no problem felt in physical examination it seems ok .. still you can do CT ABD KUB PELVIS PLAIN.. ?
Should I go for it ?
Will it find any cause?
Can it rule out Prostatitis?
Or other issues non kidney stone?
My personal opinion - CT KUB will not be of any use
For Prostatitis, we have to do USG prostate or a scan called TRUS followed by PSA test in blood
Some Urologist ls do a test called Glass test, where they obtain prostatic secretions (after prostate massage) and send it for culture
If prostate is normal, we have evaluate for other causes
