Ok sir I will take it tomorrow sir after how many day of wound should we take the injection like I get scratch in morning 8 am so can I take it tomorrow after 10 am or before 8 am only

Yes. I hope you are talking about Rabies vaccine. If that be   so , day 0 is the ideal situation. But if for some reason you can't take  injection  same day, take the first dose as soon as possible. Second dose will be taken 3 days after first dose.
