Doxinate Plus Tablets Dosage

I am 29 weeks pregnant. How many Doxinate Plus tablets can i take per day ? I am already taking folvite 5 mg.. is doxinate plus tablet safe during pregnancy ? I am worried about soo much folic acid in these tablets.
