Down with a cold and blocked nose pregna

Hi I am 13 weeks pregnant and down with a severe cough and blocked nose. The doctor prescribed azee 500 antibiotics and for the blocked doctor prescribed Otrivin drops. Are antibiotics and Otrivin drops safe in pregnancy? This will harm the baby inside?? Also can I take citrazine in pregnancy??
