Hello dr. Can you please tell-
2 questions with the Humalog Qwik Pen
1. What does 0-2-2 s/c 10min BF means?
2. How many units for this one should I administer? Same 6 Units as Levemir?

It means that you are getting plain insulin for your Diabetes.
You need two doses of plain insulin , 2 units each, once 10 minutes before lunch and second time 10 mins before dinner.
You don't need it before breakfast. Injection has to be given in the fat tissue (not muscle).
Levimir is a long acting insulin. It is not used during pregnancy.

1. It means.... 0unit, 2 unit ,2 unit.....10minutes before food
2.No..Humalog Qwik Pen insulin is different than Levemir..... Qwik Pen is to be used before food as adviced in point 1.... Levemir at night 10pm only..... Irrespective of your food timing..
