Doubt of Inguinal Hernia

I have doubt that I had a Inguinal Hernia. Above my penis and below stomach some growing area increased. I want to confirm the same for avoid future problems if it is a Inguinal Hernia and I need treatment for the same.

If cough increase the size in inguinal area it may be inguinal hernia, you can confirm it by take consultation with general surgeon / gen physician or do ultasonography lower abdomen.
