Dear Doctors Yesterday I done a 2D Echo for heart on the basis of yearly health check up, in the last time 2D echo report the ejection fraction was 68℅ but in the yesterday 2D echo report is 65℅, why it is decreased to 65℅ sir. It is a symbol of any heart problem. How it is increased to 68℅ sir Thank you

First of all we should not be too mathematical when it comes to the interpretation of investigations. God was not very mathematical when he created all of us. We have people with height ranging from 3 feet to 8 feet. You should be worried if you have symptoms and your ejection fraction goes below the critical level .
