Double marker test and NT scan

My NT is 0.7 mm and NB is 4.2 mm Dual marker test report is Papp a - 3.56 mom Beta HCG 0.76 mom Trisomy 21 and 13 18 are low risk Is my pregnancy safe or not. Kindly guide me. Thanks in advance. Report is attached with this post.
