How much Wikoryl oral drops can be given to a 1 Year old boy with 8 kgs. Any other medicine for runny nose ,cough

It’s a combination of Paracetamol, phenylephrine and CPM which is combination of Anti Fever medicine along with anti cold medicine. Which is not recommended in infancy. If u use anti cold medicine for 3 or 4 times a day the baby will be more drowsy and sleep. So it’s better we don’t use these combination of medicines. So not recommended
Next Steps
Use paracetamol drops and anti histamines separately.
