Hello,I have been trying to conceive but,I couldn't I went to the doctor for check ups and my results came out that the right ovary (3.6cm3) and the left ovary (7.7cm3) appear sonographically normal.a dominant follicle is noted on the left ovary (18.5x7.4x19.4mm). The rest of the solid organs of the abdomen appear within normal limits.my question is can i also get pregnant?
