Does donating blood regularly reduce sperm count and fertility. Because of inner satisfaction I want to donate blood and I'm donating regularly in a certain gaps.

Donating blood on 6 month gap is healthy for you and this have been not affecting your sexual health. This is not decreases your sperm count too.
