Hello I don't know exact problem I have but on throat not inside but outside I feel some swelling in form of round shape outside throat and I I touch them I feel pain on throat ,tell me exact problem

Do CBC, thyroid and Usg neck.. Avoid smoking if u r a smoker.. Visit to your nearest ENT hospital Consult if u need any kind of guidance
