I would like to confirm my Lactation Consultant advised me to take Donstal three times a day. I am currently three months postpartum. Is it safe to consume at this stage? I am also taking shatavri & lactare both. Additionally, while my baby is latching well, I have not noticed an increase in my milk supply when pumping. Could you please advise? My baby girl is on combination feeding formula + BF

It is safe But at  three months postpartum  it may have no effect All you can do is concentrate on a good protein rich diet
