Dolo during pregnancy

I'm 17 weeks pregnant and suffering from severe throat infection since 1 week. On doctor suggestion I started taking dolo 650 since 2 days twice daily. I'm feeling better now and want to continue for one more day. Please tell me for how long I can I take solo during pregnancy.
