Well anything in modern medical science is based on research and published studies carried out....there is no mention anywher in literature where it is stated that lifting weights above head or for that matter lifting weights would stun your growth or limit your height increase..... however u mentioned weather weight lifting would damage your bones...there could be possibility but rather than bones if u dont do weight training properly or under supersion you would have ligament,tendon problems......and if u r deficient in
calcium then bones would also suffer.....
And yes you have a BMI of under 15 which is underweight category....you should definately look into your nutrition first.
