As of now I have cold fever on and off, cold, and cough, light body pain , I could not not speak I have hoarseness and lasting for 3days. No breathing issue and it is manageable. Isolating myself within my house taking dolo 650. Can I continue this and manage or it may get severe and I should  meet doctor and take swap test. I m confused. Please suggest the best.
