Does summer causes hot temp in Babies

Hi my baby is 6 months old his body seems warm-hot sometimes, does summer cause rise temperature?if yes then what can be done? Please guide do I give him paracetamol or making the atmosphere cooler will b fine, ac is not working putting fan on 5 number is that fine

Watch for hydration of the baby ,ensure he passes 6 to 8 times urine . Check temperature with digital thermometer at armpit . During summer don't overcloth the baby ,single layer along with cap socks mittens are sufficient. Don't put your baby directly below or infront of the fan.
