Hi dear Skipping meals not directly causes low blood pressure dehydration could cause low BP if it's persistent. Skipping meals might lead to low sugar levels in the body which may cause dizziness or vertigo which one feels as if the BP is getting low If I have experienced it then please consult and let me know if u have checked ur blood pressure and how much was it so I can guide u better Take care
