Does propanolol reduce blood sugar level. I am non diabetic taking propanolol for last 2 months for anxiety as per doctor advice. Recently I feel very hungry and lightheadedness specially at mid night and morning time. My  blood sugar is 70 and pp blood sugar is 83.
