Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Precum or pre ejaculatory fluid Does have some sperms in them and its observed that it does contain notile sperms. During urine, sperms can be and do get  washed out from the urethra. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
