Docs refusing to remove prostate cancer?

Dad, healthy 74 yo, longtime PSA of 52, finally agreed to a biopsy. Results - no indication in left and “undecided possibility” in the right prostate. Believable or not? He had very bad fever etc. reaction to the drugs, so refuses a rebiopsy. Docs refusing to excise prostate based on above results. Uncle now in chemo for pr. cancer. What to do?

He still does not have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer, neither it is known of what stage. My advise would be to consult first, rather than starting on any treatment irrationally
