Attached spirometry rpt. IgE: 7k. Breathing prob since COVID+ in 2020. Before COVID, never had this issue.  Docs saw IgE 7k → keep saying Allergic Asthma (AA). Told them before COVID no breath issues. Did skin prick test – allergic to dust – but dust exp. never ↑ prob. Breath prob constant, doesnt comes/goes. Tried Foracort 200 inh. → no improvement. Also take benzo + Dayvigo. When breath prob happens, SpO₂ still 98%. As AA pts can’t take sleep meds, makes it harder. Met multiple pulmo docs – all say AA – but sxs don’t feel like asthma. Just high IgE ≠ AA. Do you think high IgE alone is enough to dx AA? Pls share opinions, condition worsening.

Yes, the most probable diagnosis is Atopic Asthma with your history. COVID-19 infection can enhance expression of your allergy by several central to atopic mechanisms. Which will finally result in Increased IgE synthesis. Recruitment of eosinophils. Upregulation of histamine and other mediators of inflammation.
Next Steps
1. recheck your inhaler techniques 2. reevaluvate - repeat history taking, and look for additional causes that leads to your condition
Health Tips
stress is also a trigger for asthma, so keeping calm is really important. if possible consult.
