Do i need to Re-start vaccination

Doctor my Anti rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose along with TT on Day 0 i already took 3 Vaccines i.e Day 7 and my Last 4th Day 28 Vaccine is due next month after 20 days but today on 16th June a Street Dog scratch me with nails No wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should i have to Re-start vaccination from Day 0 or i have to take extra dose of Arv vaccine ?
