U r suffering from mild  drooping of eye lid RE . If the obscuration of vision is a problem in RE then correction of the droopy eye lid is recommended. Otherwise the problem could be postponed for later on.
Health Tips
A complete eye sight check up is recommended by an ophthalmologist to rule out refractive power also.   contact online for complete resolution of the issues.

Hi Very mild difference in IPF is observed between two eyes. You can consult near by ophthalmologist to evaluate completely and explain about the possible options to consider. In my opinion if it is not causing any visual obstruction you can relax.
Next Steps
Undergo clinical evaluation of ptosis with ophthalmologist
Health Tips
Can consider eye lid muscle strengthening exercises like forcible closure and opening of eyes which may help to increase muscle strength
