Is it possible to have hypothyroid with T3 - 130 ng/dL T4- 9.71 ug/dL Tsh - 1.23 uIU/mL. I have read that you can have hypothyroidism even with normal lab report. I have symptoms like Brain fog Anxiety Slow brain function it made me very lazy Memory problems like taking time to recall. Not having links to access information stored in brain .

The reports are normal. And your symptoms are less likely to be due to hypothyroidism. Still if you want to be sure you can get yous TSH, Free T4 and Free T3  levels done from some other lab.
