My dentist said I have 7 cavities can someone please see this xray and let me know. I am so scared that my teeth are in so bad shape I brush twice I don't know how this happened

First of all, don't be scared. Your X-ray is not clear as your shadow is coming on it. I can see 5 cavities in your teeth, but I'm not sure because X-ray is not clear. Can you please upload another clear picture of your X-ray holding it in front of light?
Next Steps
Even if there are cavities present, then just get them restore.

yes seven cavities can be seen in your lower anterior teeth get it filled soon its involving your tooth roots too so go for rct with respect to those and have caps over them if any tooth is abrassed
