Hi! Does fish oil help in speech delay and lack of attention, child's age is 3 years ,vocabulary is not at par with her peers ,however please note we give her Vitcofol (iron) and Gemcal every alternate day ,so kindly advise if we should start giving her fish oil as well along with Vitcofol and Gemcal. Thank you.

Don't treat based on Google. Fish oil contains the oil which helps in brain development. But if the child has developmental delay than take help of neurologist, behavioral therapist etc depending on the problem
