Yes if the DNS is significant causing nasal obstruction and also breathing issues, and sleep disbursed breathing like snoring, sleep apnea then can lead to pulmonary hypertension as well as systemic hypertension ie high BP.
U need to have a proper consultation to know the extend of nasal obstruction due to dns and treat accordingly.
