I’ve been very dizzy for the past four days. I’m anemic, but it never lasts this long. I tilt between dizzy and being nauseous on and off throughout the day. Nothing seems to fix it. I tried eating something sugary and it still didn’t help. I just want to feel better. I took a pregnancy test and 1. It’s negative 2. I just had my period so I doubt it would be that.
You need a thorough check up, CBC test, Vit d evaluation, liver profile. These symptoms can be due to low haemoglobin, or some deficiencies, or even gastrointestinal problems. You can consult online, and if needed can be referred to a consultant .Try to change your eating habits, nonspicy foods, low tea/coffee intake, low alcohol if using, oily fried foods etc. Water drinking a bit more than usual.
Hope you are not having heavy periods
Take more water and ORS types of liquids
Sugar is also good if you are not diabetic
